Founded on 18 February 2008, Liozut Education Ltd. is committed to delivering the best education solutions to students worldwide and helping young people develop the skills they need to achieve their goals. The company was founded by Raymond Li, Dingli Zuo, and Rio Tu, who studied Engineering together at the University of Cambridge, with Prof. Huohui Xu, who is a renowned education expert.

Prior to Liozut Education, Raymond, Dingli, and Rio co-founded Cambridge University Education Without Borders (CUEWB), a non-profit student Society committed to sharing educational resources worldwide and breaking the barrier between academics and industry. Since CUEWB's foundation on 13 August 2007, they served as its president and vice presidents for six months. During this period, CUEWB had gained broad support from both the academic and business community and successfully organised two large-scale international events.

On 8 December 2007, CUEWB held its global launch event, International Forum, Beijing, themed Success: Vision and Action in the capital of China. The forum had provided the opportunity for more than 600 students selected from the top universities in Beijing to hear six world-class speakers who had given their view of China, and of what it takes for young Chinese people to succeed in today's globalised world. Around the same time, CUEWB also organised another two-week event in Beijing, Winter Student Exchange Programme 2007, involving 21 students selected from the University of Cambridge. The programme had encouraged communication among students from university and school in the UK and China and provided a platform for students of both countries to experience cultural and educational differences. Later in December 2007, Shanghai Summer Student Programme 2008 was initiated.

Stepping down from the executive roles at CUEWB, Raymond, Dingli, and Rio have continued their pursuit of improving the worldwide accessibility of high quality educational resources and co-founded Liozut Education to accelerate their progress. This was joined by Prof. Xu, a renowned education expert, who is also the author of several popular books on the insights into the UK education system and on the novel methods of studying English as a foreign language.

On 20 February 2008, Liozut Education Ltd. was registered at the Companies House, the official UK government register of UK companies, with company registration number 6510774. This marked the start of Liozut Education's business in the UK and worldwide.
